Nick Harkness

Nick Harkness has 20 years experience in the color measurement industry. He has been organizing one-day seminars in Australia for over 6 years now and these have been widely supported with approximately 1000 delegates. Nick runs in-house seminars and the client base includes major Australian manufacturing companies plus industry research organizations. Nick also teaches Measurement of Light and Color at the University of New South Wales in Australia.

Color as we all know plays an important role in our daily lives, particularly in regard to perceptions of product quality. Both visual color assessment and instrumental color measurement play an integral part in controlling color quality in a wide range of industries.

The one-day seminar will provide an insight into the influence of color and the problems associated with visual color perception and the association of color with quality.
